Ayodele, Opeyemi obtained her B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Biochemistry from University of Ado Ekiti and University of Ibadan, Nigeria respectively. She is currently an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Biological Sciences. Prior to joining Mountain Top University, she has worked in both food and pharmaceutical industry where she was trained on HACCP and other tools to ensuring quality and food standard by International Starch Institute, Denmark; Diageo U.K; Nestle Plc. among others. She is a professional member of the Institute of Public Analysts of Nigeria (IPAN) and Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology (NIFST).
