Dr. Nkem F. Obianagha is a Fellow of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (FMLSCN) and a Fellow of the Psychotherapeutic and Counselling Research Institute of Nigeria. She obtained PhD in Chemical Pathology from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State. She has professional experience in medical laboratory practice, with expertise in the analysis and interpretation of biological specimens for disease investigation and diagnosis. Her research interests include Chemical Pathology, clinical biochemistry, diabetes mellitus, oxidative stress, antioxidant therapy, lipid metabolism, micronutrient status, hematological parameters, toxicology, occupational health, medicinal plants, and metabolic disorders. Dr. Obianagha has contributed to research on diabetes, medicinal plant-based antioxidant and antidiabetic therapies, occupational lead exposure, reproductive health, hematological alterations, and biochemical responses to stress and disease. She has published in national and international journals and continues to contribute to research, healthcare, and academic development in Medical Laboratory Science. Her multidisciplinary interests also extend to psychotherapy, counselling, and mental and behavioral health research, reflecting her commitment to holistic approaches to health and wellbeing.
