Department of Languages

The Department of Languages at Mountain Top University, established in 2015, offers degree programs in English Studies and is preparing to launch French Studies. The English Studies program has successfully graduated five cohorts and is recognized as the university's flagship program. The department features a state-of-the-art Language Laboratory and a team of dedicated scholars. The department offers a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English, designed to empower students academically and morally, enabling them to compete globally. Initially focused on language courses, the curriculum has been expanded to include literature courses, ensuring graduates are well-rounded and competitive. Additionally, a four-month certificate program is available for professionals seeking to improve their spoken English. Postgraduate programs commenced in the 2022/2023 academic session, offering Master's and Ph.D. degrees in English. Ph.D. candidates engage in foreign language courses and departmental seminars before proceeding to their research and defense stages.
