She has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and African Languages, form the University of Benin; Master’s degree in Linguistics and African Languages from the University of Ibadan; and a Ph.D. in Linguistics and African Languages, University of Ibadan.

(2018/2019 Session): She prepared students to represent Mountain Top University (MTU) at the fourth National Debate and Public Speaking Contest organised by Nigeria Debate Society in May 2019 at Rivers State University, Port-Harcourt. MTU came second in Debate and third in Public Speaking.
