RESUMPTION FOR THE SECOND SEMESTER, 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION
All students are hereby informed that resumption for the Second Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic
Session will take place on Monday, 16 March 2026. The Halls of Residence will open on the same day.
Students are required to note and comply with the following directives:
1. Compulsory Drug Test
All students must undergo a compulsory drug test before access to the Halls of Residence will be
granted. The drug test fee of ₦15,000 is payable via the Student Portal. Students are required to
generate/regenerate their payment advice, complete payment, and print the receipt for presentation.
2. Payment Verification
All payment receipts presented by students will be verified for authenticity by IBC (PA) before admission
into the Halls of Residence.
3. Chaplaincy Registration
Students are required to register at the Chaplaincy and present proof of registration before they will be
admitted into the Halls of Residence.
4. Outstanding School Fees
Students who have not completed payment of their 2025/2026 session fees are required to pay the
outstanding balance before resumption.
5. Course Registration and Accommodation
Students must complete course registration before booking accommodation.
The Accommodation Portal will open on Friday, 13 March 2026.
6. Damages Bills
Students with outstanding damages bills will not be allowed access to the Halls of Residence,
irrespective of their accommodation status.
Students are advised to comply strictly with the above directives to ensure a smooth resumption
process.
