Mountain Top University Achieves Full NUC Accreditation for Academic Programmes
We are pleased to announce that Mountain Top University has secured full accreditation from the National Universities Commission (NUC) for five academic programmes, following the Commission’s nationwide accreditation exercise conducted in October/November 2024.
The accredited programmes include: Food Science and Technology, Biology, Biotechnology, Mass Communication, and Music.
This achievement testifies to our unwavering commitment to academic excellence, quality assurance, and compliance with national regulatory standards.
Additionally, the NUC has recently granted approval for the introduction of five new academic programmes at MTU: Nursing Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Nutrition and Dietetics, Public Health, and Biomedical Technology. Admissions to these programmes have now commenced.
