Application Procedure

Step 1 – Click the “Apply Now” link Below

Step 2 – Click Start Fresh Application

Step 3 – Select the “Application Type” and complete the form then click “continue

Step 4 – Note your “Payment Voucher” and print out your payment advice.

Step 5 – Kindly make payment by clicking the “Pay Online” if you want to pay online or by printing out the payment voucher containing Payment Reference Number for payment at any commercial bank in Nigeria listed below.
Thank you.

Step 6 – After payment, return to the Mountain Top University Portal,

Step 7 – Click “Prospective Student”

Step 8 – Click the “Apply Now” link under the Student Menu

Step 9 – Click Continue Application

Step 10 – Complete the Application form and Print out then await Screening Date via Email and SMS.

NOTE:
1. Bank Charges applies to payments at the bank and online.

Undergraduate

PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT – NEW STUDENTS

Step 1 – Visit the Mountain Top University Portal (www.mtu.edu.ng)
Step 2 – Click the “MTU Admissions” link under the Students Menu.
Step 3- Click Undergraduate and read the instructions there in.
Step 4 – Click Undergraduate Login Button at the bottom of the page, then enter your
Application Number and surname as password in lowercase.
Step 5 – Click “Update Biodata” to update your data.
Step 6 – Click “View Pay Advice”.
Step 7 – Print the Payment Advice and click on “Pay online now” to pay all the fees
online.
Step 8 – After payment, return to the Mountain Top University Portal, Click “Print receipt”
to generate your receipt and complete your Course Registration.
ALL THE FEES SHOULD BE PAID ONLINE.
PAYMENT AT THE BANK HAS BEEN CANCELLED

PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT – RETURNING STUDENTS

Step 1 – Visit the Mountain Top University Portal (www.mtu.edu.ng)
Step 2 – Click the “MTU Admissions” link under the Students Menu.
Step 3- Click Undergraduate and read the instructions there in.
Step 4 – Click Undergraduate Login Button at the bottom of the page, then enter your
Matriculation Number and password in lowercase.
Step 5 – Click “View Pay Advice”.
Step 6 – Print the Payment Advice and click on “Pay online now” to pay all the fees
online.
Step 7 – After payment, return to the Mountain Top University Portal, Click “Print receipt”
to generate your receipt and complete your Course Registration.
ALL THE FEES SHOULD BE PAID ONLINE.
PAYMENT AT THE BANK HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
