Biography:
Born 2 nd May, 1964 in Ibadan, Oyo State, Olufemi E. Oyewole attended Victory College, Ikare-Akoko, Ondo State from 1975-1979 for his secondary education. He is a proud alumna of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Geography (1985). He took a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan in 1990 and also obtained the degrees of M.Sc. Transport Studies and MBA (General Management) from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago- Iwoye, Ogun State in 1996 and 2001 respectively.
Prior to his appointment as Registrar, Mountain Top University (MTU) in October 2019, Mr. Oyewole has had over twenty five years of administrative experience in the public and private Universities. He joined the service of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye (Formerly Ogun State University) in 1991 as Administrative Officer I and served in various administrative positions rising to the position of a Deputy Registrar in 2005. He was appointed Registrar and Secretary to Council, Olabisi Onabanjo University in March, 2010. He served as Consultant, University Administration/Head of Registry at The West African Union University, Cotonou, Benin Republic from 2015-2017 and Ag. Registrar, Atiba University, Oyo Town between March 2018 and Sept, 2019.
Mr. Oyewole is a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), International Member (AAUA), Association of University Administrators of United Kingdom (AUA), Member, Association of Nigeria Professional Administrators (ANUPA) and Member, Association of Registrars of Nigeria Universities (ARNU).
His hobbies are Church Activities and Serving, Volunteering Work and Tennis. He has three children, a girl and two boys.
